王晓波在私下说过:“好书需要批评, 坏书需要炒作。”诚哉斯言!所以,我为《长大》这本书写批评。它是一本好书,不需要炒作,尽管我发现——哪怕只看封面和封底就可发现,已经有人开始炒作了。 这本书的两位作者,与市面上大多数企业管理类书籍不同,是中国人。或许仅凭了这一点,我同意“炒作”它一下(范棣和曹建伟著《长大》,中信出版社2003年9月出版)。仔细阅读之后,我觉得,不能不写一些批评的意见。
Wang Xiaobo said in private: “Good books need criticism, bad books need to hype.” So, I wrote a critique of Growing up. It’s a good book and does not need to be hyped, though I’ve found it - even if you look at the front cover and the back cover, it’s already been hyped. The two authors of this book, unlike most business management books on the market, are Chinese. Perhaps this alone, I agree with “speculation” it (Fan Di and Cao Jianwei “grew up”, CITIC Press published in September 2003). After reading it carefully, I think I can not but write some critical comments.
