农民离村对流入地和苏北社会产生了两方面影响。大量青壮年劳动力的流失,削弱了农村生产力,对农村经济造成了冲击。农民离村后因为各种原因而淘汰的“劣质人口”返回农村,其恶果又是显而易见的,使农村农业劳动生产力更进一步退化。农民离村来到淮南盐场从事农业垦殖,对苏北地区的经济发展和社会变迁也产生了重大影响,极大改变淮南盐场的面貌。
Farmers leave the village to the inflow of land and North Jiangsu had two effects. The loss of a large number of young and middle-aged working people has weakened rural productivity and has hit the rural economy. After the peasants have been removed from the village for various reasons, the “inferior population” has been returned to the rural areas. The obvious consequence is that the rural agricultural labor productivity is further deteriorated. Farmers leaving the village to go to Huainan saltworks for agricultural cultivation have also had a significant impact on the economic development and social changes in northern Jiangsu, greatly changing the appearance of the saltworks in Huainan.
