低增生型白血病(HPL)系一类少见的白血病,国内外有少数病例报告。本病主要特点为骨髓增生低下,原始、幼稚细胞增多,周围血常出现全血细胞减少,易被误诊为再障。
Low-grade leukemia (HPL) is a rare type of leukemia, there are a few cases at home and abroad. The main features of this disease is low bone marrow hyperplasia, primitive, naive cells increased, peripheral blood often appear pancytopenia, easily misdiagnosed as aplastic anemia.
