[目的]探讨成人改良型肱骨近端外侧解剖钢板治疗儿童股骨髁上骨折临床应用效果。[方法]对105例儿童股骨髁上骨折患者切开复位后均采用成人改良型肱骨近端外侧解剖钢板固定。[结果]105例均获得随诊,术后随诊最长时间2年4个月,最短1年,骨折全部愈合,无延期愈合及骨不连,下肢功能正常。[结论]对于儿童股骨髁上骨折采用成人改良型肱骨近端外侧解剖钢板固定,能使骨折的复位与固定达到理想效果。
[Objective] To explore the clinical effect of modified proximal humerus external anatomical plate in the treatment of supracondylar femoral fracture in children. [Method] 105 adult children with femoral supracondylar fractures were treated with adult modified proximal humerus anatomy plate fixation. [Results] All of the 105 cases were followed up for a maximum of 2 years and 4 months and the shortest one year after the operation. The fractures healed completely without delayed union and nonunion, and the function of lower limbs was normal. [Conclusion] For children with femoral supracondylar fractures using adult modified proximal humerus anatomical plate fixation, fracture reduction and fixation can achieve the desired effect.
