增强做好办公室工作的使命感和责任感今年是“十二五”承上启下的关键一年,是公司推进全面创先的重要起步之年,公司面临的形势复杂,任务繁重。办公室系统是公司运转的中枢和对外的窗口,处于沟通上下、协调左右、联系内外的重要位置。公司的发展形势,迫切需要我们加大政策研究力度,加强对宏观经济变化和用电市场走势的研判分析,提高对国家、行业及省内重要政策的理解和把握能力,积极出谋划策;需要我们加强沟通汇报和信息报送,争取得到上级的理解和支持;需要我们强化工作协调,提升办事效率,促进各项工作有序高效运转;需要我们关口前移,加强预控,进一步完善舆情监测和应急处置机制,为公司改革发展营造良好的舆论环境。
