The first council of the Association for Earthquake Resistance and Disaster Prevention of China Survey and Design Association was held in Shenzhen from January 13 to January 16, 1991. A total of 122 delegates attended the conference. Vice Governor of Yunnan Province and Commander of the Provincial Earthquake and Earthquake Prevention Headquarters Comrade Zhao Tingguang, Comrade Wu Fengchi, Vice Chairman of the China Exploration and Design Association, the Secretary-General of the Shenzhen Municipal Government, the Director of the Construction Bureau Wang Ju, and the Deputy Commissioner Chen Yilin attended the meeting. During the meeting, he received a consultation from the Hebei Provincial Government, former Executive Vice Governor Li Feng and Shaanxi Province.
