本文也考查前人测定合金流动性的各种方法的基础上,设计研制了一种新型的同 心三螺旋线合金流动性测定仪。该测定仪采用同一浇口浇注同一中心的三条螺旋线, 从而实现了在相同化学成分,相同浇注温度,相同铸型等工艺条件下测定合金流动性的 目的。该测定仪结构紧凑,操作方便。 通过使用该仪器对铝铜合金进行重现性测试,以及对纯金属、铝硅合金、灰铸 铁、可锻铸铁、铸钢、铝青铜等合金的流动性测试表明:该测定仪适应性强,具有较高 的测试精度和重现性。
This paper also examines previous methods for determining the fluidity of alloys based on the design and development of a new concentric triple helix fluidity analyzer. The tester uses the same gate pouring three spirals in the same center to achieve the purpose of determining the fluidity of the alloy under the same chemical composition, the same pouring temperature, the same mold and other process conditions. The analyzer is compact and easy to operate. Through the use of the instrument on the reproducibility testing of aluminum-copper alloy, as well as on the pure metal, aluminum-silicon alloy, gray cast iron, malleable iron, cast steel, aluminum bronze and other alloys flow test showed that: the analyzer adaptability, High test accuracy and reproducibility.
