据报道,自今年4月14日起,欧盟各国企业可自愿邀请“独立的第三者”,按欧盟的规定对企业的环保状况进行检查,如果合格,可发给环保证书。将来这种检查要改为强迫进行。 规定首先要求企业有一套环保管理系统,以保证企业各个部门都按环保要求办事。检查者不仅要检查各种设备,而且还要检查企业领导层和职工的环保意识。
According to reports, since April 14th this year, EU companies can voluntarily invite “independent third parties” to check their environmental status according to EU regulations. If they are qualified, they can issue environmental protection certificates. In the future, this kind of inspection will be forced to take place.
