沥青材料的老化,引起其流变行为的变化。通过对国内、外数十种沥青的试验和研究,发现沥青材料的路用性能与它的流交行为有着密切关系。在此研究基础上,本文提出了以流变参数为技术指标的沥青再生设计方法。该法便于评价旧油,选择再生剂,并有效地控制再生沥青的路用性能。用国内、外实例验证,计算结果与实际再生效果颇为一致。
Asphalt material aging, causing changes in its rheological behavior. Through the test and study of dozens of kinds of asphalt at home and abroad, it is found that the road performance of asphalt material is closely related to its flow behavior. On the basis of this research, this paper presents a method of asphalt regeneration design with rheological parameters as the technical index. The method is convenient for evaluating old oil, selecting regenerant, and effectively controlling the road performance of recycled asphalt. With domestic and foreign examples of verification, the calculation results and the actual regeneration effect is quite consistent.
