The just-past 2001 was the regulatory year for the securities market in China and also the year for many retail investors. This year's agency wave of trouble, listed companies fueling flames, all retail investors find any. In fact, retail investors in China's securities market have always neglected to watch out for regulators, academics and some upper-class people.
