目的:研究去氧孕烯决雌醇片治疗无排卵性功能失调型子宫出血的疗效。方法:选取2015年10月-2016年10月期间,在我院接受治疗的无排卵性功能失调型子宫出血的患者100例作为本次的研究对象,按照随机数字表法的方式,将其平均分成研究组和参照组,每组各50例患者。参照组患者运用激素进行治疗,研究组患者运用去氧孕烯决雌醇片进行治疗,治疗结束后对比两组患者的治疗疗效、出血控制时间和止血时间。结果:研究组患者的治疗疗效明显优于参照组,并且止血时间短于参照组,组间数据对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组患者出血控制时间对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:去氧孕烯决雌醇片治疗无排卵性功能失调型子宫出血临床效果显著,并且安全性较高,值得推广应用。
Objective: To study the efficacy of desogestrel-based estradiol tablets in the treatment of anovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding. Methods: From October 2015 to October 2016, 100 patients with anovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding treated in our hospital were selected as the subjects of this study. According to the method of random number table, the average Divided into study group and reference group, each group of 50 patients. The patients in the reference group were treated with hormones. The patients in the study group were treated with desogestrel and estradiol tablets. After treatment, the curative effect, bleeding control time and bleeding time were compared between the two groups. Results: The curative effect of the study group was significantly better than that of the reference group, and the bleeding time was shorter than the reference group. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in bleeding control time between the two groups (P> 0.05). Conclusion: Desogestrel decyl estradiol tablets for the treatment of anovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding has a significant clinical effect and high safety, it is worth to promote the application.
