本文主要对赣南师范大学在校生参与课外体育锻炼的态度、形式、锻炼的时间、和频度等方面进行分析。从而找出课外体育锻炼存在问题,并提出改善建议,使更多的在校生能够积极的参与到课外体育锻炼中去。
This article mainly analyzes the attitudes, forms, training time and frequency of students participating in extracurricular physical exercises in Gannan Normal University. In order to find out the existing problems of extracurricular physical training and put forward suggestions for improvement so that more students can actively participate in extracurricular physical training.
