心理援助在汶川地震后为政府和社会所关注,使其不再仅仅是心理学专业工作者所关注的问题,而成为提升危机应对与管理能力的重要内容。本文拟从危机管理视角,对近年来的研究文献进行梳理与评述,展现研究成果的同时,也认为进一步增强跨学科、跨部门的合作,强化研究针对性,拓展研究领域,增强研究的可行性,细化制度设计将推动突发事件后心理援助研究的进一步发展。
After the Wenchuan earthquake, psychological assistance paid attention to the government and society, making it no longer just a matter of concern to psychologists, but also an important part of improving crisis response and management capabilities. This paper intends to sort out and review the research literature in recent years from the perspective of crisis management and at the same time show the research results. At the same time, it is also believed that the cooperation among disciplines and departments is to be further strengthened, the pertinence of research, the expansion of research fields and the feasibility of research are enhanced The detailed system design will promote the further development of psychological assistance research after emergencies.
