我厂工具车间机修工段由于卧式铣床不多,所以许多齿条无法加工。薛进忠师傅针对设备不足的情况,根据自己的经验,制造一个工具,把它装在立式铣床上,用来加工齿条、键槽,解决了机修工段的关键。工具的构造如附图所示。1是刀架,用螺钉15固定在立式铣床主轴上。4是轴承座,共两个,左端的轴承座用螺钉3、螺帽2固定;右端的轴承座用螺钉12固定。7是轴套。8是轴承套,装在轴承座4内。6是刀轴,装在
