今年上半年,河南省信访局共向各级各部门交办信访案件455件,与上年同比增加了187件,增幅达70%。在所立案件中,省立案件占80.7%,上级交办的占19.3%。省委、省政府针对今年反映农村问题的来信来访量增多的趋势,于6月8日专门召开了全省信访案件交办工作会议,集中交办了103件农村信访案件。这些案件交办以后,各级党委、政府认真落实责任制,每案都有市、县、乡三
In the first half of this year, Henan Bureau of Letters and Complaints submitted a total of 455 letters and petitions to various departments at all levels, an increase of 187 over the previous year, an increase of 70%.
