始于新世纪之初的义务教育课程改革已在全国各实验区轰轰烈烈地展开。至2003年秋季,实验区覆盖面已超过全国中小学的55%,并预计将于2004年在全国全面铺开。这是一场为适应未来社会发展需求,旨在从根本上改变学生的学习方式,改变教师的课程观和教学观,从而创造新的学校文化的改革运动。其改革的意义重大而深远。但由于时间紧迫,也由于我国各地区教育发展的不平衡性等原因,使得新课程实验从门类设置的合理性,到教师的基础和准备、教材的编写和审查,以及实验的推进和验证等方面,还存在诸多问题有待深入研究。关注和正视这些问题,有助于我们进行反思,这,也许是我们保障课程改革健康发展的基本前提。
