采用高效液相色谱法，以ＷＨ－Ｃ１８为固定相，扑尔敏为内标，甲醇－０．００５ｍｏｌ／Ｌ醋酸铵（ｐＨ４．７）为流动相，测定盐酸吗啉胍片剂的含量。方法简便、快速准确。平均回收率９９．７４％，ＲＳＤ０．６０％。
The contents of morpholine-guanidine hydrochloride tablets were determined by HPLC with WH-C18 as stationary phase and chlorpheniramine as internal standard. Methanol-0.005 mol / L ammonium acetate (pH 4.7) was used as mobile phase. Method is simple, fast and accurate. The average recovery was 99.74%, RSD0.60%.
