目的:探索应用快速成型髋臼后缘解剖钢板治疗髋臼后缘骨折的方法与效果。方法根据患者髋臼后缘解剖形态,基于CT数据,快速成型定制髋臼后缘解剖型钢板,对10例髋臼后缘骨折患者行K-L入路切开复位、固定。结果患者伤口均一期愈合。手术未出现神经、血管损伤,螺钉固定未进入关节腔。10例均获随访,时间4~24个月,骨折全部愈合。根据改良d′Aubigne和Postel髋臼骨折评分标准:优7例,良2例,可1例。结论快速成型髋臼后缘锁定钢板为个体化设计,骨折复位满意,固定坚强,有利于早期功能锻炼,是治疗髋臼后缘粉碎骨折的一种新型内固定系统。“,”Objective To explore the rapid prototyping anatomical locking internal fixation system for treatment of ac-etabular posterior wall fractures.Methods According to acetabular posterior wall anatomical shape,based on CT data and rapid prototyping technique,the anatomical locking internal fixation system was customized.10 cases of ace-tabular posterior wall fractures were treated with the new anatomical locking plates through Kocher-Langenbeck poste-rior approach.Results All the incisions healed during the primary procedure and there were no nerve and blood ves-sel complications,there are no screws entered the hip joints,Follow-up for 4~24 months showed all patients gained bone union.According to modified d′Aubigne-Postel hip function scoring system,the results were excellent in 7 ca-ses,good in 2 and fair in 1 .Conclusions The rapid prototyping anatomical locking plates is a new internal fixation system for treatment of acetabular posterior wall fractures,with the advantages of individual design,simplicity of oper-ator and stronger stability.It can offer early exercises and reduce the incidence of complication.
