随着我国工业的不断发展,科学技术的不断进步,我国的建筑行业也在迅猛发展。安全问题是一切工程建设,蓝图构建的重要前提,因此,着重强调我国建筑工程的安全管理问题是十分必要的。安全管理的主要方面便是人员管理和技术管理,要抓住我国建筑施工安全管理制度的主要矛盾,并逐一解决改善,才能切实有效地使我国建筑施工安全管理体制不断完善,充分体现我国建筑工程施工的安全性、科学性、合理性以及时效性。在此,本文仅对我国建筑工程管理制度上存在的问题进行简要的分析,并提出解决方法,以期可以促进我国建筑施工安全管理体制的完备脚步。
