四冲程涡轮增压柴油机能否应用于潜艇,其中关键问题之一,就是纯涡轮增压柴油机在四、五级海情的波动背压工况下,能否稳定可靠地工作。本文根据实验室模拟试验及海上实艇试验结果认为:涡轮增压柴油机对排气背压的波动是十分敏感的,但通过调整柴油机及涡轮增压器的某些结构、性能参数,可以实现柴油机在水下工况的稳定工作。文章还对改善柴油机的波动背压特性,作了初步的探讨。
