当前我国高校图书馆的管理工作还存在着不少的问题,因此对高校图书馆进行管理创新非常有必要。近年来,高校图书馆管理呈现出新的发展趋势,为高校图书管理的创新提供了现实的依据。笔者经过分析研究,认为加强对高校图书馆管理创新可以采取以下几种途径:其一,高校图书馆必须要促进管理的网络化进程;其二,必须要努力实现馆藏的专业化和特色化;其三,必须要树立以人为本的服务理念。
At present, there still exist many problems in the management of the university library in our country, so it is necessary to manage the innovation of the university library. In recent years, the management of university libraries presents a new trend of development, which provides a realistic basis for the innovation of university library management. After analyzing and researching, the author thinks that there are several ways to strengthen the management innovation of the university library: First, the university library must promote the network process of management; secondly, we must strive to realize the specialization and specialization of the collection; Third, we must establish a people-oriented service concept.
