随着信息化时代的到来,现代建筑施工企业间的竞争也越来越激烈。企业间的竞争归根结底是人才的竞争。如何最大限度的发挥人力资源优势,是企业在激烈的竞争环境中获得竞争优势的关键。而绩效考核作为人力资源管理工作的重点,近年来成为管理者普遍关注的热点话题。绩效考核不仅能够有效提高企业的综合竞争实力,还能够促进社会经济快速平稳发展,在现代建筑施工企业人力资源管理中重点对绩效考核进行规范管理显得尤为必要。
