目的 :探讨腔内冷热刀切开、电切或激光切除与术后尿道扩张联合治疗尿道狭窄和闭锁的疗效。方法 :1994年 5月～ 1999年 12月 ,广州市中医医院、广州医学院附属第一医院及广东东莞寮步窥镜外科治疗中心采用腔内冷热刀切开、电切或激光切除与术后尿道扩张联合治疗尿道狭窄和闭锁 2 32例。结果 :疗效显著 ,总有效率达97.8%。结论 :腔内切开、电切或激光切除与术后尿道扩张联合治疗可以作为尿道狭窄和闭锁较为理想的治疗方法之一
Objective: To study the curative effect of urethral stricture and atresia in the treatment of intracavitary cold-hot knife incision, electric incision or laser ablation and postoperative urethral dilatation. Methods: From May 1994 to December 1999, Guangzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital, First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical College and Dongguan Liaobu Endoscopic Surgery Center were cut by intracavitary cold and hot knife, Post urethral dilatation in the treatment of urethral stricture and atresia in 32 cases. Results: The curative effect is remarkable, the total effective rate reaches 97.8%. Conclusion: The combination of endovascular dissection, resection of the tumor or laser resection and postoperative urethral dilatation can be one of the most ideal treatment for urethral stricture and atresia
