我们用骆驼蓬总碱治疗银屑病69例取得较好效果,现报告于下。 一、一般资料 69例中男性39例,女性30例,年龄5～58岁。病程最短一周,最长33年。发病在一年以内者34例(49.27％),1～5年10例(14.49％),6～10年11例(15.94％),11～20年10例(14.49％),21年以上者4例(5.79％)。进行期51例,静止期18例。皮损呈点滴状者47例,钱币状者16例,地图状者6例。有阳性家族史者8例,占11.59％。本组有46人曾接受过维生素B_(12)、中药、乙亚胺、乙双吗啉、白血宁以及封闭、光化疗法。 二、药物及治疗方法 药物为新疆产骆驼蓬。由新疆医学院二附院药剂科加工制成骆驼蓬总碱,每片含总碱10mg。成人每日服用15片,儿童酌减。服药期间如无特殊毒副作用,可连服2月,休药3～5天后继续服用1～2月,外用对症软膏。疗前作血、尿常规,肝功及免疫功能检查。
