应用多普勒超声心动图对 42 例未经治疗无甲亢性心脏病的早期 Graves 病患者( A 组)、21 例伴甲亢性心脏病的晚期 Graves 病患者( B组)以及 45 例正常对照者( C组),检测其左心室射血力( F);同时测定 E F, F S, S V, C O 及 C I等 M 型超声心动图左室收缩功能参数。结果显示, A 组的 F及其他参数均高于 C组,而 B组各项参数均降低。多因素逐步回归分析表明,与 F相关的最重要变量是 E F,其次为 C I。本组资料提示, Graves 病早期左室收缩功能增强而晚期减弱可能是此病的病理生理特征之一。 F可作为评价 Graves 病患者左室收缩功能的较好参数。关键词 Graves 病 左心室射血力 超声心动描记术
Forty-two patients with early-stage Graves disease without treatment of hyperthyroidism (group A), 21 patients with advanced Graves disease with hyperthyroidism (group B) and 45 normal controls were evaluated with Doppler echocardiography (Group C). Left ventricular ejection force (F) was measured. Left ventricular systolic function parameters of M type echocardiography such as E F, F S, S V, C O and C I were measured simultaneously. The results showed that the F and other parameters in group A were higher than those in group C, while the parameters in group B were all decreased. A multivariate stepwise regression analysis showed that the most important variable associated with F was E F, followed by C I. The data suggest that Graves disease early enhanced left ventricular systolic function and late decline may be one of the pathophysiological characteristics of the disease. F can be used as a good parameter to evaluate left ventricular systolic function in patients with Graves disease. Key words Graves’ disease Left ventricular echocardiography
