作为班主任,面对一个个充满着灵动性的特殊对象,必须要树立正确的班主任教育理想——促进每一位学生的健康成长和发展。要实现这个教育理想,就要结合学生实际状况,把握学生身心成长的规律,并作出科学的规划,在师生互动的学习生活实践中通过可操作性、阶段性的事件达到学生全面发展的目标。为此,我结合我校农村三年制初中学生的具体状况,积极探讨与实践以“培育自信,促进每一个学生的发展”为核心目标,通过实现三个主题目标任务来达成核心目标的班主任管理体系。
As a class teacher, in the face of a special subject full of agility, we must establish the correct teacher education ideal - to promote the healthy growth and development of every student. In order to realize this educational ideal, we should grasp the law of students ’physical and mental growth according to the actual conditions of students and make a scientific plan to achieve the goal of students’ all-round development through practical and stage-like events during the interactive learning and living experience between teachers and students . To this end, in line with the specific conditions of junior high school students in rural three-year schools in our school, I actively explore and practice the core objective of “cultivating self-confidence and promoting the development of each student” by achieving the three key objectives and tasks to achieve the core objectives Class teacher management system.
