目的探讨通阳中药葱白提取物对急性心肌缺血大鼠心肌组织髓过氧化物酶(MPO)活性及心肌组织形态的影响。方法将40只大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、葱白提取物组、硝酸甘油组,每组10只,通过在体结扎冠状动脉前降支制备大鼠急性心肌缺血模型,观察各组大鼠心肌组织MPO活性,并在光镜下观察心肌组织形态的变化。结果与正常对照组比较,模型组MPO活性显著升高,提示造模成功。与模型组比较,葱白提取物、硝酸甘油组较模型组大鼠心肌组织MPO活性显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),且光镜下显示心肌组织损伤明显减轻。结论葱白提取物能够抗模型大鼠急性心肌缺血,减轻心肌损伤的免疫机制与降低MPO活性有关。
Objective To investigate the effect of Tongyang Chinese herb extract of light on the activity of myeloperoxidase (MPO) and the morphology of myocardial tissue in rats with acute myocardial ischemia. Methods 40 rats were randomly divided into normal group, model group, light blue extract group, nitroglycerin group, 10 rats in each group. The model of acute myocardial ischemia was established by ligation of the anterior descending coronary artery in rats. Myocardial MPO activity in rats, and under light microscopy changes in myocardial tissue morphology. Results Compared with the normal control group, the MPO activity in the model group was significantly increased, suggesting that the model was successful. Compared with the model group, the MPO activity of the myocardium of the scallion extract and nitroglycerin group was significantly lower than that of the model group (P <0.01), and the damage of myocardial tissue was obviously reduced under the light microscope. Conclusion The extract of scutellaria extract can prevent acute myocardial ischemia in rats and reduce the damage of myocardial injury mechanism and reduce the activity of MPO.
