近些年企业环境发生了变化,这些变化也影响到企业的适应对策。企业不得不对原来的企业理念、经营哲学进行重新探讨。 在决定企业意志时,以往的判定标准笼统说是“利益”。完全不考虑利益的决定是企业经营者们的失职表现。但是,当今的企业被称为“企业市民”,社会要求他们在与商业毫无关系的方面为社会做出贡献。换言之,如果对社会做的贡献不够大的话,就是另一种意义上的对大社会的失职和不负责。一种新的企业观和思想出现了。
