职工主人翁意识,包括奉献精神,参与意识和进取心等,是社会主义企业职工所应具备的基本品格。但是我们通过最近对宜春市部分企业职工思想状况的调查发现,当前职工主人翁意识淡化的问题,应当引起各级思想政治工作者的注意。表现之一:奉献精神淡化,“一切向钱看”思想严重。部分职工,特别是青年职工对待工作、生产讲争做贡献的少了,讲大公无私的少了,讲爱厂如家的少了。“职工为钱干,干部靠钱管”,在一部分人心中似乎已成天经地义。
The sense of mastership of employees, including dedication, sense of participation and initiative, are the basic qualities that workers in socialist enterprises should possess. However, through our recent survey on the ideological status of employees in some enterprises in Yichun City, we found that the current issue of masters of employee mastery should be brought to the attention of ideological and political workers at all levels. One of the performance: dedication desalination, “all money to see” serious thinking. Some workers, especially young workers, have made less contribution to the work and production sparring, they talk less about their selflessness, and they say that they are less at home. “Workers for the money, cadres rely on the money”, in some people’s minds seem to have become perfectly justified.
