用苯甲醚制备的格氏试剂和苯甲酸甲酯反应,再用乙酰氯氯化得 DMTCl,收率70.1%。实验证实,DMTCl 是核苷5′-羟基的优良保护剂。
Grignard reagent prepared with anisole reacted with methyl benzoate and then chlorinated with acetyl chloride to give DMTC1 in a yield of 70.1%. Experiments confirmed that, DMTCl nucleoside 5’-hydroxyl good protective agent.
