临床上常可遇到某些肺部疾病病例具有甚或首先表现为肺外的症状;与此相反,肺外其它系统或器官疾病也可以肺部症状为主要表现。此两种情况均给临床诊断与治疗带来一定困难,笔者简述经治的两例病例,并加以讨论。【例1】王某,男,53岁。因进行性肌无力17个月,左胸痛5个月而入院。患者曾于17个月前无明显原因出现周身无力,双下肢尤为明显,步行难走百米,继后双手不能持重,抬头、咀嚼及吞咽均感困
Clinically, some lung disease cases are often encountered with or even first of all manifesting extra-pulmonary symptoms. In contrast, other systemic or organ diseases outside the lung can also be characterized by lung symptoms. Both of these two cases bring certain difficulties to clinical diagnosis and treatment. The author briefly described two cases of treatment and discussed them. [Example 1] Wang, male, 53 years old. 17 months due to progressive muscle weakness, left chest pain for 5 months and admitted to hospital.
