(一)任务与要求人口数字是编制社会主义经济计划和进行各项建设工作的重要依据。取得人口数字有两种办法,一种是定期的人口静态调查,另一种就是人口动态登记。在一九五三年全国人口静态调查登记中,已经查清了我国一九五三年六月三十日二十四时的人口数字和情况,为国家经济建设和文化建设提供了可靠的人口资料。但人口数字时刻都在变化着。为了适应国家各项建设工作的需要,还必须经常进行人口的动态登记。因
