随着教育事业的迅速发展,各高职院校之间的竞争日趋激烈。高校之间的竞争归根到底是人才的竞争,人才逐渐成为制约高职院校发展的重要因素,引进人才是高校建设高水平师资队伍的重要途径。本文就目前高职院校人才引进方面出现的问题,提出完善人才引进的策略,使学校获得更多优质人才。
With the rapid development of education, the competition among higher vocational colleges is getting fiercer. In the final analysis, the competition between colleges and universities is the competition of talents. Talents have gradually become the important factor restricting the development of higher vocational colleges. The introduction of qualified personnel is an important way for colleges and universities to build a high-quality faculty. In this paper, the current problems in the introduction of talents in higher vocational colleges, put forward to improve the introduction of talent strategy to enable schools to get more high-quality personnel.
