目的:探讨生态环境和遗传背景相同条件下3种不同化学变异类型大黄在基因表达水平上的差异,揭示大黄种内变异的分子机制。方法:采用cDNA-SRAP生物信息学方法,对不同化学变异类型大黄地下组织特异表达的基因进行分析和功能预测。结果:共获得5条差异表达基因片段和4条表达量有明显差异的公共条带,其中4条功能已知,分别与植物生长发育及光信号转导、植物抗病性及水分运输相关,5条功能未知。结论:克隆了不同化学变异类型大黄特异表达的基因,为筛选优良变异类型、品种选育、功能基因组的研究提供参考。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the differences in gene expression between rhizobium of three different chemical mutation types under the same conditions of ecological environment and genetic background, and to reveal the molecular mechanism of variation in rhubarb. METHODS: cDNA-SRAP bioinformatics methods were used to analyze and predict the function of different chemically-differentiated rhubarb-specific genes. Results: A total of 5 differentially expressed genes and 4 common bands with different expression levels were obtained. Four of these genes were known, which were related to plant growth and development, light signal transduction, plant disease resistance and water transport, respectively. 5 functions unknown. Conclusion: The cloned genes of different types of rhubarb with different types of chemical mutation were screened for screening good variant types, breed breeding and functional genomics.
