目的调查扬州市放射工作人员外照射个人剂量情况。方法利用热释光个人剂量仪按照《职业性外照射个人监测规范》的要求进行检测,所得数据利用SAS统计软件进行统计。结果医学类行业、工业类行业及教育类行业个人剂量外照射年均剂量、累积剂量之间无统计学差异;医学类行业、工业类行业间各工种个人外照射年均剂量和累积剂量均无统计学差异;95%以上的放射工作人员个人年剂量低于国家放射工作人员个人年剂量限值(20 mSv/a)的1/10。结论扬州市所有接触放射线的工作人员所受外照射年均个人剂量和5年累积个人剂量均符合国家标准要求,且遵循辐射防护最优化原则远远小于国家标准要求。
Objective To investigate the personal exposure dose of radiation workers in Yangzhou City. Methods The personal dosimeters were tested according to the requirements of “Personal Monitoring Regulations for Occupational Exposure to External Exposure”, and the data were statistically analyzed using SAS statistical software. Results There was no significant difference in the average dose and cumulative dose of external dose of personal dose among the medical industry, industrial industry and educational industry. The average dose and cumulative dose of external exposure of each type of occupational medicine among medical and industrial trades were all not Statistical difference; 95% of the radiation workers individual annual dose is less than the National Radiation Workers individual annual dose limit (20 mSv / a) 1/10. Conclusion All exposed radiation exposure personnel in Yangzhou City meet the requirements of the national standards for annual average external dose and cumulative personal dose for 5 years. The principles of radiation protection are far below the requirements of national standards.
