本文通过对历史上显赫一时的山西票号独创的薪酬激励制度———身股制与西方的股票期权激励制度的比较 ,试图对我国设计出适合我国企业实际情况的激励制度起到启示作用。
This article attempts to enlighten our country to design an incentive system suitable for the actual situation of our country by comparing the original salary incentive system in Shanxi Province --- the original stock compensation system and the western stock option incentive system.
