党的十八大提出,要实施创新驱动发展战略,提高原始创新、集成创新和引进消化吸收再创新能力,着力构建以企业为主体、市场为导向、产学研相结合的技术创新体系。由此可见,企业在国家科技创新体系中占据重要位置。国家电网公司作为国有大型骨干企业,承担着安全供电的重要责任,关乎国计民生,只有坚持科技创新,才能更好地建设世界一流电网、国际一流企业,才能更好地服务全面建成小康社会。
The 18th CPC National Congress proposed that we should implement innovation-driven development strategy, improve original innovation, integrated innovation and the ability to introduce, digest, absorb and re-innovate, and strive to build a technological innovation system that combines enterprise-oriented, market-oriented and industry-university-institute research. This shows that enterprises occupy an important position in the national science and technology innovation system. As a large state-owned key backbone enterprise, State Grid Corporation shoulders the important responsibility of supplying power safely and is related to national economy and people’s livelihood. Only by adhering to scientific and technological innovation can we better build a world-class power grid and a world-class enterprise in order to better serve the construction of a well-to-do society in an all-round way.
