四月,我随中国电影代表团赴西德奥豪森市参加一年一度的第二十九届国际短片电影节,这次参加的国家有41个,来自欧洲、亚洲、拉丁美洲、北美洲、非洲,我国是第一次参加。短片节规定只放近两年的影片,一律不准超过三十分钟,内容要反映社会问题,所以实际上成了一个纪录片节。这次参加电影节的影片近干部,评委会从中选出了91部在大会上放映。这些影片中,有的没有音乐,有的甚至连解说词
In April, I attended the annual 29th International Short Film Festival with Chinese film delegation in the city of Ohausen in West Germany. There are 41 participating countries from Europe, Asia, Latin America and North America Africa, my country is the first to participate. Short film festival requires only two years close to the film, are not allowed more than thirty minutes, the content should reflect the social issues, so in fact became a documentary section. The film’s participation in the festival nearly cadres, the jury elected 91 of them at the General Assembly. Some of these films have no music, and some even have commentary
