生物新课程标准中提到:获得生物学基本事实概念、原理、规律和模型等方面的基础知识。在学习科学的过程中或在科学研究中,模型和模型的方法都起着十分重要的作用。“染色体组”是“染色体变异”一节中的核心概念,既是重点、难点,又关系到“二倍体、多倍体、单倍体”等概念的理解。本文尝试利用模型方法教学策略来突破,取得了很好的教学效果。一初步感知染色体组概念[策略]利用自制果蝇染色体物理模型分析。
