作者采用超短波和指数曲线电流治疗家兔经手术损伤后的坐骨神经,通过每段时间的肌电图、神经传导功能检查,观察到治疗组12周时肌电图恢复早于对照组,同时间的传导潜伏期1.51ms,传导速率53.16m/s,已恢复到术前水平(P<0.05),对照组分别3.54ms和2.086m/s(P<0.05)。并用上法治疗35例神经损伤,痊愈显效率85%,好转率114%,证明超短波和指数曲线电流可促进损伤神经的恢复。
