公立医院作为我国卫生医疗机构服务体系的主体,是缓解我国人民群众就医难看病难的主力军,所以建立健全我国公立医院的绩效考核体系是非常必要的。随着我国社会主义市场经济体系的建设,竞争无处不在,现在的绩效管理理念规定人员评定以实际业绩为准,所以在公立医院实行绩效考核管理体系,有利于增强员工的竞争意识,充分发挥员工的积极性和主动性,改进员工的工作行为能力,还有利于提升公立医院的核心竞争力,展现公立医院“以人为本”的医院文化理念。本文从简介公立医院绩效考核体系与管理入手,进而根据现状,归纳出公立医院现行绩效考核体系中存在的问题,最后根据这些问题,提出相应的解决措施和对策。
Public hospitals, as the main body of the service system of medical and health institutions in our country, are the main force for alleviating the difficulties of Chinese people in seeking medical treatment. Therefore, it is necessary to establish and improve the performance evaluation system of public hospitals in our country. With the construction of China’s socialist market economy, competition is ubiquitous. Nowadays, the concept of performance management stipulates that personnel appraisal shall be based on actual performance. Therefore, implementing performance appraisal management system in public hospitals will help enhance employees’ sense of competition and give full play to Staff’s enthusiasm and initiative to improve staff’s work ability, but also help to enhance the core competitiveness of public hospitals, to show the public hospital “people-oriented ” hospital culture. This article starts with the introduction of public hospital performance appraisal system and management, and then summarizes the existing problems in the current performance appraisal system of public hospitals according to the current situation. Finally, according to these problems, the corresponding solutions and countermeasures are put forward.
