构建社会主义核心价值体系,需要雄厚的物质基础作为保证,更需良好的思想文化条件作为精神支撑。大力发展社会主义市场经济,强大的道德力量和必要的法律是构建社会主义和谐社会的重要保障,要每一位中国公民的责任意识和社会各方的参与和支持。其中的关键就在于做好德与法的权衡和变通。从外在的社会规范和约束上、内在的道德自律双向加强公民道德建设。对形成良好的道德风尚,营造和谐的社会氛围、乃至对社会主义核心价值观的践行意义重大。
Building a socialist core value system requires a solid material foundation as a guarantee and a better ideological and cultural condition as spiritual support. Vigorously developing the socialist market economy, strong moral force and the necessary laws are the important guarantees for building a harmonious socialist society. We should take every Chinese citizen’s sense of responsibility and the participation and support of all sectors of society. The key is to make the trade-off between Germany and France work and change. From the external social norms and constraints, the inherent moral self-discipline two-way strengthening of civic morality. It is of great significance to form a good morality and create a harmonious social atmosphere, and even practice the socialist core values.
