随着口腔修复学的发展和人们生活水平的提高,患者对义齿恢复口腔功能和美学效果的要求显著增强,临床上多单位固定修复、美学修复、咬合重建和种植修复的病例逐日增多。如何建立修复体的正确颌位关系、稳定正中支持、恢复良好的口腔功能,如何避免医源性咬合病,如何处理咬合相关的固定修复失败病例,是每一个修复科医生面临的问题。北京大学口腔医院修复科以谢秋菲教授为首的教师团队,欲将多年的医教研经验积累奉献给大家。学习班采用分专题讲课,配合示教和实习的形式,将会使初学者及有经验的医师均有收益。本期学习班重点介绍内容:牙合接触特征及固定修复中的应用、个体下颌运动特征与咬合关系、重要颌位及颌位关系转移技术、牙合架的种类与合理应用,
With the development of oral prosthetics and the improvement of people’s living standards, the requirements of patients on denture restoration oral function and aesthetics have been significantly enhanced. Clinically, there are more cases of multiple unit fixation, aesthetic repair, bite reconstruction and implant repair. How to establish the correct jaw position of prosthesis, stabilize the median support, restore good oral function, how to avoid iatrogenic occlusal disease, and how to deal with the occlusion-related fixed failure cases are the problems that every physician should face.
