目的:观察咪哒唑仑在地震伤小儿椎管内麻醉中镇静,对循环、呼吸、脉搏、血氧饱和度、镇静深度的影响以及镇静药总量的统计。方法:非地震伤员20例(Ⅰ组),地震伤员20例(Ⅱ组)。在麻醉开始时缓慢静注咪达唑仑0.1~0.2 mg/kg、芬太尼1~2μg/kg。Ramsay评分法记录镇静深度,根据情况追加咪达唑仑,使镇静评分达到3~4级。给药后观察心率、呼吸、脉搏、血氧饱和度的变化、以及镇静药总量等。结果:两组患儿在给予镇静后心率、呼吸、脉搏、血氧饱和度的变化比较无统计学差异,而镇静药用量有差异。结论:咪哒唑仑应用在地震伤小儿麻醉中的镇静是可取的,但用量较一般小儿大。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effects of midazolam on the sedation of children under earthquake injury and its effects on circulation, respiration, pulse, oxygen saturation and sedation depth as well as the statistic of sedatives. Methods: 20 non-earthquake casualties (group Ⅰ) and 20 earthquake victims (group Ⅱ). At the beginning of anesthesia, midazolam 0.1 ~ 0.2 mg / kg and fentanyl 1 ~ 2 μg / kg were intravenously injected slowly. Ramsay score recorded the depth of sedation, according to the situation additional midazolam, sedation score reached 3 to 4 levels. Observed after administration of heart rate, respiration, pulse, changes in oxygen saturation, and the total amount of sedatives. Results: There was no significant difference in heart rate, respiration, pulse rate and oxygen saturation between the two groups after sedation, but there was a difference in sedation dosage. Conclusion: It is advisable to use midazolam in the sedation injury pediatric anesthesia, but the dosage is larger than the average pediatric.
