用正常血清和应激血清作比较，观察应激血清抑制因子对Ｂ淋巴细胞和Ｔ淋巴细胞功能的影响。结果表明，束缚应激血清对特异性抗原所引起的体液免疫应答无抑制作用，而对非特异性有丝分裂原的作用具有明显的抑制作用。束缚应激血清中的抑制因子对Ｔ淋巴细胞在ＩＬ－２作用下的增殖活性具有抑制作用。
Compared with normal serum and stress serum, we observed the effects of stress serum inhibitors on the function of B lymphocytes and T lymphocytes. The results showed that the restrained stress serum had no inhibitory effect on the humoral immune response caused by the specific antigen, but significantly inhibited the non-specific mitogen. Inhibitory factors in the bound stress serum have an inhibitory effect on the proliferation activity of T lymphocytes under the action of IL-2.
