经济法责任归责原则是建立独立的经济法责任理论的基础,是经济法责任制度的重要组成部分。归责原则体系由多方面原则构成,主要是过错责任原则、过错推定责任原则、无过错责任原则、严格责任原则、公平责任原则以及天平归责原则。
