南北地产之间的思想碰撞和观念交火是一场持续了多年的交锋。北方重概念、南方重细节;北方重文脉,南方重商脉。在产品的人性化考虑、环境营造等方面,南方发展商的关怀更贴切。而北方发展商在建筑、思想和艺术上的追求则是南方商业文化中最需要注入的元素。有人开玩笑说,南方开发商玩的是技术、务实;北方开发商玩的是艺术、务虚。此话虽有失偏颇,但值得玩味。 2005年1月25日,第二届广州地产经济峰会在广州举行,此次峰会以“新形势·新发展·新秩序”为主题。
