少数民族地区加强干部队伍建设是党的民族工作和干部工作的重要组成部分,是促进科学发展、维护民族团结、促进边疆稳定的组织保障。少数民族地区干部作为各民族中的先进分子,担负着建设祖国、维护祖国统一、巩固民族团结,带领各族人民全面发展政治、经济、文化、教育,实现各民族共同繁荣的重任。因此,少数民族地区干部问题始终是改革、发展、稳定中的重要问题之一。
To strengthen the building of a contingent of cadres in ethnic minority areas is an important part of the party’s national work and the work of cadres. It is also an organizational guarantee for promoting scientific development, safeguarding national unity and promoting stability in frontier areas. As advanced members of all ethnic groups, cadres in ethnic minority areas are responsible for building the motherland, safeguarding the unification of the motherland, consolidating national unity and leading the people of all nationalities in all-round development of politics, economy, culture and education and in realizing the common prosperity of all ethnic groups. Therefore, the issue of cadres in ethnic minority areas has always been one of the major issues in reform, development and stability.
