目的探讨白细胞数、中性粒细胞(NE)体积(v)、CRP、IL-8等参数在急性细菌感染兔发热时相中的变化。方法建立金黄色葡萄球菌感染兔模型,利用Beckman CouIter LH750全自动血液分析仪VCS技术和白细胞显微镜计数检测急性细菌感染兔(n=5)及对照组(n=5)的耳缘静脉EDTA-K2全血,统计分析白细胞(WBC)总数、中性粒细胞体积(NEV)及NE的直径。结果感染组与对照组比较,寒战期、高峰期白细胞总数及中性粒细胞百分率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);高热期CRP、IL-8差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);退热期白细胞总数、中性粒细胞百分率、CRP、IL-8差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论细菌感染早期(发热寒战期)兔耳缘静脉血WBC低、NE直径减小,因此WBC、中性粒细胞大小、CRP三者综合分析对急性细菌感染性疾病早期诊断及疗效观察有重要临床价值。
Objective To investigate the changes of leukocyte count, neutrophil (NE) volume (v), CRP, IL-8 and other parameters during fever in rabbit infected with acute bacterial infection. Methods A rabbit model of Staphylococcus aureus infection was established. The effects of EDTA-K2 on the marginal veins of rabbits with acute bacterial infection (n = 5) and control group (n = 5) were detected by the VCS technique of Beckman CouIter LH750 automatic blood analyzer and leukocyte counting Whole blood, statistical analysis of the total number of white blood cells (WBC), neutrophil volume (NEV) and NE diameter. Results Compared with the control group, there were significant differences in the total number of leukocytes and neutrophils in the chilling period and the peak (P <0.01). The CRP and IL - 8 in the fever group were significantly different (P <0.01). There were no significant differences in total leukocyte count, neutrophil percentage, CRP and IL-8 at the time of fever (P> 0.05). Conclusions The WBC and NE diameter of rabbits in the early stage of bacterial infection (feverish chill period) are low, so the comprehensive analysis of WBC, neutrophil size and CRP has an important clinical significance in the early diagnosis and curative effect of acute bacterial infectious diseases value.
