目的:比较山莨菪碱(654—2)与地塞米松对缺血性急性肾功能衰竭时肾小管超微病理改变的影响。方法:用新西兰大白兔制作缺血性急性肾功能衰竭模型。观察缺血性急性肾功能衰竭组(简称肾衰组),654—2治疗组(简称654—2组),地塞米松治疗组(简称地塞米松组)的肾小管超微病理改变。结果:肾衰组病变重于对照组,654—2组和地塞米松组的病变均轻于肾衰组,654—2组的病变又轻于地塞米松组。结论:654—2对缺血性急性肾功能衰竭时肾小管的保护作用优于地塞米松
OBJECTIVE: To compare the effects of anisodamine (654-2) and dexamethasone on pathological changes of renal tubules in ischemic acute renal failure. Methods: New Zealand white rabbits were used to make ischemic acute renal failure model. The pathological changes of renal tubules were observed in ischemic acute renal failure group (renal failure group), 654-2 treatment group (654-2 group) and dexamethasone treatment group (dexamethasone group). Results: The severity of renal failure group was higher than that of control group. The lesions of 654-2 group and dexamethasone group were lighter than those of renal failure group. The lesions of 654-2 group were lighter than that of dexamethasone group. Conclusion: The protective effect of 654-2 on renal tubules in ischemic acute renal failure is better than dexamethasone
